Both partners of Asador del Parque, began their journey in the world of hospitality in 1988, in a family business called "Bar El Parque". The business was located in the Madrid town of Collado Villalba, in a small premises of 100 m2 spread over two floors and a terrace. The owners offered their customers a wide variety of appetizers, portions and take away food. In addition to the quality of its products; the effort, simplicity, kindness and its close character, made the "Bar El Parque" a reference site in the area.
Due to the evolution of the business, Alfredo and Carlos decided to create the limited partnership ALFREDO Y CARLOS, SL, both as founding partners and joint administrators, in June 1992. In March 1995 they opened another store (acquired in January 1992 by the partners) , in another area of Collado Villalba. A small restaurant called "El Asador del Parque" with an area of approximately 86 m2. This new project had a good acceptance on the part of the clients of always and of those who were incorporated little by little. More elaborate dishes were incorporated into it, they made daily menus and a small menu. Such was the acceptance that soon the establishment was “too small” and they had to expand the facilities.
In November 1998, the company acquired a 52 m2 premises attached to the restaurant "El Asador del Parque" to expand the existing one. As the square footage increased, so did the need to hire people to serve the needs of the business. The partners surrounded themselves with a small staff of professionals who worked together with them to offer clients the best of themselves. The dream of both partners had not ended there, they wanted to continue creating in a more suitable place. In September 2001 they acquired a 2,205 m2 farm in which a single-family house dating from 1940 is built, in the municipality of Galapagar, which they inaugurated in December 2003.
The restaurant "Asador del Parque" is operated by the company, keeping the premises as the property of the partners. As a result of this new opening, they realized the large number of customers that they dragged, since from the first moment the restaurant worked at full capacity. In addition to the usual customers, the restaurant gradually became new customers, who after seventeen years are still loyal. In the beginning, the restaurant worked with an average of approximately 2,500 diners per month (events apart). With the arrival of the crisis, they had to reinvent themselves and adjust to the demand of the moment, they began to create attractive menus that would make them different from the rest of the restaurants in the area, without forgetting the menu, its star dishes and new inviting creations. customer to try new things. Currently the restaurant works on an average of 1800 guests per month (events apart).
